PRADIVA orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working days. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.

For India:

Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.
