EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange your product within 4 days from the time you receive it, provided the product is in good condition and returned neatly packed in its original cover box.

Please note, we do not offer a pickup facility — the return shipment will need to be arranged by you at your own expense.

Order & Cancellation Policy

At Pradiva Jewellery, we begin processing your order within 2 hours of placement to ensure quick delivery.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.

For COD orders, our team will call to confirm your order before dispatch.
If you’ve placed a prepaid order and wish to cancel before shipping, you can choose to receive your refund either as a refund coupon code or back to your original payment method (a 5% deduction applies as payment gateway charges).

How to Request Cancellation:

(1) Simply Go To

My Account > Orders > Cancel Request > write Down Reason For Cancellation And Refund Mode (coupon code / or back to my original payment method )

Example :- (1) I have Changed My Mind/ Refund as a coupon code

                    (2) I Don’t Want to Buy Now/ Refund Back To my original payment method

PRADIVA  Return & Refund Policy

Didn’t love your jewellery after it arrived? No worries — we understand! 💖
At Pradiva Jewellery, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, we offer an easy 3-step return process.

1. Inform:

2. Return:
Once approved, ship the unused product back to us in its original packaging within 5 days of return approval. (Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.)

3. Refund:

Once we receive your returned package, we’ll notify you within 24–48 hours. After a quick quality check, your refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a coupon code equal to your product value — valid for your next purchase at Pradiva within a year.
