Can I cancel my order or return an item I purchased(Return /Refund Process)?
If you want to cancel your order you can cancel within 2-Hrs of order placement from My Account/order Section.
If you cancel your order before the product is shipped we will refund the amount back to your original payment method (a 5% deduction applies as payment gateway charges).
No Cancellation after the product is shipped.

It will take 7-10 working days to refund the eligible amount after receiving the product.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check from My Account/Order section. Hear you can check the status of your recent orders current order (Like-Processing, Shipped, Delivered).
How can we cancel it after the order is placed(Order Cancel process) ?
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2- hours of placing it.
Cancellations made before the product is shipped will be eligible for a refund.
No cancellations will be accepted after the product has been shipped.

How can we exchange our order(Product) after getting the order/delivered order (exchange order process) ?
You can exchange your product within 4 days from the time you receive it, provided the product is in good condition and returned neatly packed in its original cover box.
Please note, we do not offer a pickup facility — the return shipment will need to be arranged by you at your own expense.
What should i do if i get a damaged or defective product ?
You can return your product and request a refund only if the item is defective or damaged, and must be supported with a full opening video of the parcel from beginning to end.
Once we receive the returned product, please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed.
How long does it take to get my order?
“Usually, the delivery of a product takes 4 to 5 days after it has been shipped. Delivery timelines may be slightly longer for remote locations. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor its status until it is delivered.”
How do I track my order after it has been shipped or if it is not delivered within the standard time ?
